What Shall We Eat? was written around 1968 to promote his books, beliefs, and healing work.
Dr. Rotondi wrote a free one-page pamphlet called Woman: The Hand That Rocks the Cradle Rules the World in about 1975 with the same purpose although he begins and ends with a plea to mothers to take the vegan initiative with their children.
